Videography Services
Our videography services include, but are not limited to, short films, business videos, event coverage, promotional videos, weddings, reels/shorts and so much more.

Photography Services
We offer a range of photography services, including event photography, product photography, and personal photo sessions.

Social Media Management
Our social media management services aim to create and manage content that engages your audience and builds a connection with your clients.

Bookings and Payments

Deposits
All bookings require a non-refundable deposit ranging from $50 to $250, depending on the package selected. The deposit must be paid at the time of booking to secure your date.

Payments
The remaining balance is due the day of photoshoot.

Turnaround Time

Standard Turnaround
The standard turnaround time for our services is 3-4 weeks.

Expedited Turnaround
Expedited turnaround (2-3 days) is available for an additional fee ranging from $75 to $250, depending on the project length and complexity.

Overnight Turnaround
Overnight turnaround is available for an additional fee starting at $250, depending on the project length and complexity.

Revisions

We offer up to two rounds of revisions included in the package price. Additional revisions may incur extra charges, depending on the scope of changes requested.

Client Responsibilities

Clients are responsible for providing accurate information and clear instructions regarding their project requirements. Any delays caused by the client in providing necessary materials or approvals may affect the project timeline.

Rights and Usage

Promotional Use
We retain the right to use any produced content for promotional purposes unless otherwise agreed upon in writing.

Client Use
Clients receive full usage rights for personal or commercial use as outlined in the contract.

Limitation of Liability

SZNO shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising out of or in connection with the use of our services. Our total liability shall be limited to the amount paid for the services.

Governing Law

These terms and conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of [CT/USA]. Any disputes relating to these terms and conditions will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of [Connecticut, United States].
