Business Policy for Bookings & Turnaround Times

All bookings require a non-refundable deposit, ranging from $50 to $250, depending on the complexity of the content being produced. This ensures your spot is reserved and allows us to start planning your project effectively.

Turnaround Time

Project completion can take up to 3-4 weeks. In the case you need a 2-3 day turnaround time, an additional fee ranging from $75 to $250 is required, based on the length and complexity of the content.

Lighting Preparation

• Our services include lighting/focused work to ensure high-quality photos
• Consultation call is scheduled prior to scheduled service to discuss your needs and preferences

Lighting preparation can take 20-30 minutes to ensure the best photo quality.

Cancellations/Rescheduling

• Deposits are nonrefundable for all cancelled services 
• Rescheduled services require a service fee prior to new service date (no limit for rescheduling)

Revisions

• We offer up to two revisions, included in package price (discussed during consultation call)
• Additional revisions may incur extra charges, depending on the scope of changes requested

Rights & Usage

• We retain the right to use any produced content for promotional purposes
• Clients receive full usage rights for personal or commercial use
